The management is very rude. I gave them the check and got the receipt to pay for my son’s apartment. They waited for several days. They did not deposit my check and notified him that he would be charged late rent because the check was not in his name. I talked to the manager who returned my check and did not even apologize for accepting it in the first place without giving me accurate information. Do NOT live here. This apartment complex is greedy and they do not care whatsoever about their tenants. They have caused turmoil and financial distress (no actually financial RUIN) to tenants that have paid rent on time for almost 4 years. No loyalty. No caring. Again, please don’t live here. I have lived at WM for about 2 years and I am so grateful for their kind, responsive staff! Especially Jacob and Taylor! We are so lucky.
I really enjoy living here. It is a quiet neighborhood and close to trader joes and the freeway! I also appreciate the maintenance crew, both Taylor and Jacob have been so helpful with repairs and very responsive!
