Tai Chi classes are a wonderful experience for those in search of peace. SiGung Frank Versagi is a kind and patient instructor for all students (beginner to advanced.) He teaches with compassion, humor, and creativity. I highly recommend the Shao-Lin Martial Arts School for all!
I have been studying with Si-gung Frank for several years and I would highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn real, effective martial arts and self defense, not point sparring and tournaments.
