I had an incredibly disappointing and frankly alarming experience at this office. I went in for a simple cleaning in late January and was suddenly told I had 6 to 8 cavities—a claim I knew was completely false, as I’m meticulous about my dental hygiene and have never had issues like this before. Like other reviewers have said, Dr. Ho might seem friendly on the surface, but his professionalism is deeply lacking. Westlake Hills Dentistry is just amazing. Dr. Ho is knowledgeable and experienced. The staff is friendly and always happy to work with customers. The clinic has the latest equipment. I had an emergency a couple of months ago and Diane was able to scheduled me immediately. They care about their patients, and will go above and beyond for them.
