Very rude front desk. Didnt want to answer any preliminary questions. Felt like she was yelling at me. Quoted me $2400 for a crown and refused to answer any questions about it and rudely put me on hold as she yelled at me. Felt like a used car salesman like other reviews have mentioned. I am from West Lake and grew up here and the level of snobbery and rudeness was just beyond appalling.

My experience with Dr. Ho and his staff was excellent! Everyone is courteous and my appointment was flawless. I definitely recommend them!
"I am so glad I went to Dr. Vincent Ho for a second opinion! Another dentist told me I needed to have two teeth removed. Dr. Ho was very thorough and used great modern technology and expertise to find a much better solution. It turns out I only needed a cavity filled on one tooth and a crown on the other! His entire team makes you feel incredibly comfortable. Diane at the front desk is so welcoming and extremely helpful. He is an excellent dentist, and I highly recommend this practice!
