Just awful service. My car was total loss after accident. For more than 5 weeks, the insurance company could not receive the correct data for the loan payment. And then, when the loan was closed, Westlake sent incorrect data to the credit bureaus with 60 days late payments and my credit score dropped by 114 points! And for 3 months now they have not been able to fix it. Support managers say different info every time, which contradicts each other. Just worst bank...

Buyer beware they do alot of illegal business practices. Contact Lemburg law like I did. They found fake computer signature. No where does it say 11 dollars and change a day in interest. 529.73 is 112 in I terest a mo th they took 1472 in intetestvand only 671 in principal first four payments. The worst place I've ever done business with. They don't even let you pay towards your principle. I can't wait to refinance and be done with them.
they don't even deserve one star. there customer service really sucks. they don't want to work with you on payments, its all or nothing in there eyes. I was late for only $60 of my $430 payment & they were nagging & was act like everything I paid didn't mean anything unless it was the whole thing. I so cant wait until I pay off my loan & no longer have to deal with them. worse financial company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

(DESERVES ZERO STARS) I paid online, per usual only to receive an error message from their site multiple times. I checked my bank account; low and behold,there was a pending transaction from Westlake Financial. I wanted to give the business no star rating but was forced to pick one,. the one star i picked is five stars too many.
