Avoid at all costs. Dr. Sievert is a pretentious, condescending charlatan. I made the stupid mistake of agreeing to pay $250 for what should have been a free consultation for a sleep apnea mouth guard. They were quick to take my money but waited over a week to submit the paperwork to my insurance company.
