Respectfully, if theres still LOTS of visible dirt and debris on my car after I pay $40 for a service, I will not be coming back. I could have done the same job for much less. This is my first time coming here and I’m disappointed. On top of it, staff isn’t friendly or communicative- I felt like my money and business were nothing but a burden. Will not be returning
I took my Tesla Model 3 to Eco Soft Touch Car Wash in Daly City and after the wash, I found that the paint was damaged. I immediately spoke to the manager, but they refused to take any responsibility or offer compensation. Very unprofessional and disappointing. If you care about your car’s paint and condition, avoid this place.
Have been going to these guys for many years and kept coming back because they did an A+ job every time. Back in May of this year brought my car to them after a road trip and was really disappointed. Windows were dirty. Windshield was obviously never even touched from the inside. Instrument panel had the same dust on it that I brought it with.
