I came in to have my car detailed, the guy says sure I have an opening in two months, really?
I totally love Westlake Eco Wash - it really IS the best in town! Everyone who works here is friendly, efficient, and hardworking. They genuinely want to please every customer. I have never had a bad experience here, even when there's a long line - they keep things moving. They offer all kinds of car cleaning services, the cashier is super nice and fast, the bathroom is actually clean, and the waiting area is comfortable with WiFi. Just washed my car there 30 mins ago. I was in a hurry so didn’t check, but now I am home and I see they did a shitty job cleaning and drying the car. Not only that, their staff was rude and when I asked them about the different cleaning options they gave nonsensical one word answers. Stay away from this place
Left cobwebs in my car, why I had them is a mystery to me. Didn't do a good job on my interior windows & that's a major reason I went there-I hate cleaning them. On the plus side, they did find $15 that I forgot about & left it in my cup holder. Not sure I would go again.
