I had a great experience at Westlake Dermatology and highly recommend Dr. Rottluff. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I was comfortable with the treatments. I had a VBeam laser treatment for a red scar on my calf, as well as treatment for sebaceous hyperplasia on my nose. I cannot rate the doctor as I never saw her. I made an appointment as a new patient. I don’t live in San Antonio and drove an hour to the practice for my appointment. When I arrived the receptionist told me they didn’t have a provider in the office today and that I couldn’t be seen. She insisted that I should have received a text message to let me know. Westlakes Olmos Park is tops in Dermatology. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Weitmann is kind and professional. Not to mention amazing in his work. I would highly recommend to family and friends.
