As a first time patient, I felt so nervous walking in. The staff made me feel very welcomed. Dr. Rottluff, Caroline, Helenea and Summer were very sweet, knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns. I will definitely be back.

Been coming to Westlake for a few years now and all the drs I've seen have been good. First time seeing Dr Rottluff and she was really good. And the med assistants were great too, very nice and professional, especially Neha!

I started coming here after a bad reaction to another treatment somewhere else for my rosacea. When I say they were a god send. They were. Dr. Rottluff was amazing. She discussed what was happening with my face, tackled the problem, then continued to take care of my face. I was scared I was going to graduate college with super red face and I just felt ugly. I have had the best experience with Westlake. everyone there is very very professional and sweet!! Dr. Rottluff is amazing, kind, and easy to talk to. Her medical assistants, Misha and Naha and well as her PA-Caroline are beyond the sweetest girls you can talk to. they are very responsive and are quick to figuring out answers.

Dr Rottluff and Medical Assistants Nena and Misha are top notch. I am always able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. The office is beautiful and the front desk staff are efficient with checking and checkout! None of that would matter if the care I receive was not also professional and effective. Highly recommend!!
