I was able to book a same-day appointment, the girls in the front were very hospitable, and even went above and beyond to print me a copy of my insurance card. Then, Neha asked me about my symptoms before Dr. Rottluff came in, but I am writing this review to emphasize what a gem Neha is. I had an appointment with Kathyrn Chaney Rottluff, MD at Westlake Dermatology and I had such an amazing experience with her and Misha! I would give them and the entire staff 10 stars if I could! Highly recommended!
Had an amazing experience at Westlake - Olmos Park today. I have a hard time finding doctors but ZocDoc has helped me find phenomenal doctors fast. Neha the medical assistant was so friendly and confident. I felt welcome and heard. Doctor Rottluff was very quick, but not rushed and was extremely knowledgeable. I have never felt so ready to tackle my dermatology needs than today. In the past I have felt like nothing would make a difference, but I left Westlake confident I will see results. The office is also super cute!!
