Do not live here, these people are money hungry and have a contract with a towing company. I believe they are getting kickbacks from what towing they do. I am a resident and one night there was no parking on the whole strip of my apartment, so I parked in a visitor spot even though I am a resident. With my sticker in the windshield I was still towed the next morning and the office faulted me. I had to pay $340 to get my car back. Westlake is everything you DO NOT want in an apartment! It’s not safe, there is dog feces everywhere and the walls are so thin that I can hear my upstairs neighbor when he uses the bathroom (and I’m not talking about a toilet flush!) My dogs constantly got infections in their paws from walking around that cesspool they call a complex. I also feel like I’m apart of my neighbor’s conversation daily between floors. RecommendedThe staff at Westlake always go out of their way to make me feel warm and welcomed every time I step foot into the clubhouse! Their resident events have me anxiously awaiting what comes next! Maintenance staff is always so quick with resolving any concern I have as well! Westlake has been such a wonderful experience!
Westlake At Morganton is a great place to live. The staff here is great, and they were so helpful when we moved in. The staff understands that moving is a stressful situation, and they honestly took that stress away. They move in process is so easy and the Westlake grounds are amazing. The pool is great and Westlake has an amazing gym and clubhouse. Tricia Fields, the assistant manager, helped us all through our the process, and she was so patient with our situation. Management never calls back, when I lived there AC was broken forever. Moved out because the rent is ridiculously expensive. Grills never work, movie theatre is a waste of space. Take your money elsewhere.
Fantastic amenities and appearance, but disastrous management. Don't let looks fool you; avoid the migraine and go somewhere else.

We love it here at Westlake and the office personnel is awesome especially Misty Jetton who helped my husband to print some documents we needed. Thank you so much Misty your help meant so much to us.
