Had called 4 weeks ago about having my granddaughters birthday party for just my grandkids on August 26th. Everything is planned for noon for me to set up I get there and the pool is not open! I called the city and they said it was only open for an hour from 10 to 11:00 and it would be open again at 5:00. They had a sign on the door that said they were going to open back up at 5:00. Have been coming off and on for a few yrs now. The price has continued to increase along with the attitudes of the employees. It’s a very nice pool and great for entertainment during the hot summer days if you can get over most of the staff’s attitudes. They should give out free passes to people when they have to close for weather I understand not giving money back but if the weather didn’t call rain or thunder or they have to keep closing the kiddie pool because of kids pooping they should take that into consideration and n... read more

Staff are insanely power hungry, they told use “no training”(which is when you hold on another persons tube handle) got yelled at for “swimming during rest period” which we never did. We are Muslim btw and another Muslim family told use they where getting yelled at for stuff they never did, and when we asked if they can look at the camera footage, they yelled at use to “stop arguing” .
