Westlake’s manager and staff in the office all are very rude. They contradict themselves on several occasions and very unprofessional. They go back on what they say and call it miscommunication. They let their own personal judgment, bias, opinions of the residents decide how they treat them. They are quick to catch an attitude. Choose another place, management system in whole if you are looking for an apartment. They don't work with you especially if covid affects you or your finances personally in any way. We’ve been living here at Westlake for about 5 months and have had nothing but issues. On our move-in day our apartment was dirty, doors were broken, the floors had things moving underneath the carpet, leaky faucets and out-dated outlets. They didn’t acknowledge or fix any of the issues we addressed. It took months for them to fix our front door lock, and door frame. Westlake lied to my daughter twice at first they said her move in date was the 6th then when we showed up to move her in they said that they never said the 6th but instead it would be the 10th because the apt wasnt ready even tho it says he lease starts on the 6th so now here it is the 10th and they start getting ready to move and then again the woman at Westlake days the apt still isn't ready but says it should be ready tomorrow or Wednesday. Horrible staff. The girls that work in the front office are very rude. They will cheat you out of your money, maintenance/staff will come into your apartment without permission, found my door unlocked many of times. My Husbands job was being located to a different state, due to that they made us pay over 2000 bc we had to break the lease. They will do anything to get more money from you.
Westlake is à great place to live. The office workers are very Nice and friendly. 2 thumbs up!!!!
