Recommendedi love the westlake location. they took very good care of my sick kitty
I absolutely love the staff here, but unfortunately unless things change I will be looking for another vet. Banfield Pet Hospitals are very pushy on their wellness plans and they recently started charging a "technician fee" or "office visit" charge (depends on which location you speak to). Claw trim for one cat now costs ~$63 if you don't have the wellness plan. The wellness plan is not beneficial for me who only needs to bring in their cats for standard shots and claw trims.

Love this place and all the vets and staff. I've been going here since it was Westlake Animal Hospital with all my cats.
TLC – Dr. Nappier and the entire staff at Westlake Animal Hospital are great! They truly care about your animal and know what they are doing. Dr. Nappier has been the only veterinarian to really address my dog's chronic ear infections. He is an amazing vet! Also, the front desk staff and the vet techs go out of their way to make your pet feel very special. The practice is set up to make your pet feel comfortable and your pet never leaves your side for anything (blood work,etc) so you always see how they are being treated. Yo... read more
