Dr Hassel is such a kind hearted person, I was having a problem with finding a temporary place to board a patients dog while they were in the hospital and he stepped right up and offered to board the dog, no problem at all... thank you so much!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Westlake Animal Hospital is. Yesterday 5/8/18 my dog had knee surgery there. It was a great experience from check in to discharge & beyond. Vet tech Katie was very thorough in answering my questions & review of discharge instructions. When I got my 96lb dog home I couldn’t get her out of the car. She was still feeling effects of anesthesia & not able to follow my instructions. Even though it was after hours Westlake answered my phone call & 2 vet techs came to help me.
