I had to take my car back 3&4 times to either have the part(s) replaced. Also had to take the car back to have the oil filter tightened. Oil Leak was noticeable .
I needed a new engine for a 2012 Durango. Called Westlake 66 and Proformance and asked each for an estimate. Both said they would get back to me the next business day. Mark, who owns Westlake 66, actually did; Proformance did not - until it was too late to be helpful. This made the decision very easy, and I don't regret it. My new Jasper engine purrs like a kitten.
