We had all our local dignitaries out today looking at all the wonderful energy saving upgrades to our apartments today.I wish I could have made it over to see them and tell them how much I apprecieate all the upgrades they have made possible.My electric bills have definately gone down quite a bit since all this work has been done and with the new windows I can open the windows now on nice days to air the house out.The old windows were hard to open.And going from a wall heater to central heat sure makes the apartment much nic... read more
My two bedroom apartment just got a new water heater,shower head,refrigerator, central heat and air unit and is going to get more attic insulation..This winter should be a lot more comfortable then it was last year when I had to use the electric wall heater in the bedroom.

Nice clean apartments. Does not look like low income and maintained in a great condition. Management friendly and so are the neighbors.
