I stayed there as part of a company event and everything was truly fantastic the entire time. I especially want to mention John Robertson at the front desk during the overnight shift. We had a problem with our AC in the middle of the night, and John not only tried to get it fixed, but when it became apparent that the issue was more than something that maintenance could fix at the time, he arranged for us to move rooms, and sent someone to help us move our bags and give us a ride across the property to the new room. This is such an elegant resort in a picture perfect location. I’ve stayed overnight in the past on two occasions years ago, but this time I was working at a conference here. The amenities are exceptional as is the customer service. The hospitality staff came to me to say thank you for choosing our location for your conference and offered me water and beverages which was very kind. Currently staying here for a wedding. Checked in Friday and pleased to say we'll be checking out tomorrow. The worst resort experience we've ever had. When we reserved the room, we checked the box that yes we would like housekeeping to tend to the room during our stay. 3 days in, a phone call from our room, and a visit to the front desk requesting this minimal request for a made bed and towels has not been fulfilled once.
