⭐️ ZERO STARS IF I COULD I stayed at the Westin Mount Laurel solely because I was visiting a family member in prison. It was advertised as the most “luxurious” option in the area, which is completely false and misleading. Upon arrival, the room looked dirty and poorly maintained. The bed sheets were extremely wrinkled, as if they had not been cleaned or steamed, and there were visible smudge and grime marks on the mirror. I was there for an event. The staff was helpful with guiding us to the correct space as multiple events were going on. Beautifully decorated interior space. Plenty of parking.
