Had a great time! The sales guy went over everything with us, showed us some great houses, but was not too pushy. We have not decided yet, but Westin is highly probable.

Disappointed with Westin Homes - Unresponsive Customer Service and very rude. We had couple of requests. They first refused to check any issues. They asked us to close the ticket without even checking. After a month of our moving, we had a roof leakage. They told us like it was a hurricane damage and nobody addressed it. We followed up couple of times and only they came and fixed it. Our back yard looks like muddy puddle. Brand new owner. Not happy at all with their construction. Incorrect plugs installed that I had to pay out of pocket to replace (cook top Oven plug installed where dryer goes) - and they did not agree to their mistake. Next, master bedroom shower water leaked a puddle and the first guy tried to convince me that some water would leak out. I would not recommend Westin at all anymore. Also, during closing, sales team was very unresponsive and we had to bug them several times for a simple email and communication.

Avoid Westin like a plague. Owner of a 2 year old Westin home. Foundation issues by the exterior walls. Water came in from under the carpet, drenched my office floor during rain. Westin said its act of nature and shirked away from their responsibility. We all know the quality went down during covid but one would expect atleast the foundation to be built correctly for a 700K+ home.
