Best heating and cooling company we have ever dealt with. Our furnace went out and he came out and gave it some "TLC" to make it kick on and it only cost a reasonable service call fee. He told us that it might not last and might need a replacement part. Ended up needing the part a couple of weeks later. He came out and replaced the part and we knew exactly how much it would cost when we made the appointment.
