I'm giving 2 stars only because it looks like my male kitten has come out of the neutering procedure intact, okay, and not traumatized. He is alert and moving around okay, albeit slowly (which is to be expected). I did, however, pay about 2 1/2 times what I was quoted on the phone the day before. He Killed My Cat – I took my cat to him to be spayed, when I picked her up later that day she was still bleeding a little bit and he said it was normal not too worry so i took her home. A few hours later I called him and repeatedly asked about the bleeding/oozing from the incision, and he also said it was normal not too worry. WARNING WARNING WARNING – I went here because it was advertised as cheaper, when I got there the price was double what he quoted me! Of course I payed it. There were NO other vets, or vet techs... just him ALONE. He called me an hour after he said they'd be ready for pickup saying all of a sudden he had to go home and I now needed to rush to come get them! This was 3pm on a Monday! Very rude vet – I didn't even get the chance to take my cat to the vet there and I already hate it. I recently adopted a cat from someone who had used this veterinarian in the past for my cat. The person who answered the phone had an attitude right of the get-go and not only that but refused to verify the vaccination expiration date for my cat!! Now I know that vaccinations are released by fax or phone all the time for grooming purposes so this is completely unreasonable. The vet even disconnected the call. very rude. I will... read more

PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE – I took my sick cat there on a Thursday, he didn't even check his heart or breathing sounds, he gave him 3 shots and told us he would be fine the next day. My cat got worse and when I took him to another clinic on Saturday they said the best thing we could do is put him to sleep. I believe Dr. Yoo knew this but just wanted to make the 192.00 we paid him for 3 useless shots. If you love your animal please take him somewhere else.

Stay Away AT all COST !! SCAM – Advertises low cost spay and neuter. But when you get there their are fees and overpriced services added to the bill. Very rude man. His ads portray him as a helper of animal protection groups but he is really just a rip off artist !!

AVOID – When I called he quoted me a price which was much lower than most places. So I brought her there to be spayed. When I picked her up she was covered in body fluids. No discharge instructions were given. And I ended up paying more than what I was quoted. Four days later our normally healthy puppy ripped open her stitches from running. We ended up running her to emergency care, almost having to put her to sleep, going to another clinic and paying $1000 more for surgery. Great Doc – I've been to a number of veterinarians and most of the ones I have been to have been unnecessarily expensive. He answers questions and provides straight-forward answers. Since I've been here, over 5 years ago, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

No-nonsense approach - Best Vet I've ever met – I can see from some of the other reviews that they haven't owned very many animals nor worked with many vets. Over the past 20 years and many family pets - I have found that many vets tend to "suger coat" things and tell me things I want to hear instead of telling me what is really going on so I can make the best decision for my pet (both for the animals health, and for my financial well being).
