I have rented through West Hills and had a great experience. They were very helpful in finding the right house for me and charge fair prices without crazy deposits like other companies in town. I know many people in Mcminnville that have also had good luck with them. The house I rented was clean and ready to move in as promised and they gave me my deposit back when I left with no issues or silly fee's .
