This review is specifically for maintenance and more specifically for the maintenance supervisor, Travis. I appreciate the phone call and showing up today as promised to resolve an issue with the unit above me.
Douglas and (Steven I think) from maintenance were both amazing. Douglas was communicative and efficient in solving my problem. He offered extra service and made sure I knew about on site resources.
EDIT 2025 - Thrive has been repeatedly disappointing since they took over a year ago, and I've lived here five years. I have tried communicating with the office numerous times over 3 months but they don't seem to prioritize exterior lighting to buildings being a safety issue despite three months of constant follow up to the staff and it being a huge security isusue, they've closed work orders without being completed. The leasing agent was kind and friendly, the apartment is beautiful and I think the atmosphere there is nice.
