RecommendedExcellent staff, Excellent Doctors.
Horrible. Plan on waiting 45-60Min to be placed in a room. Then another 15-20min wait. If you arrive on time you won’t get checked into their system until you fill out the 10 min long paperless questionnaire.
I really can't say anything bad about the doctors. They really are good, but the staff is a nightmare. I was told a physical therapy was covered under my insurance and after 3 months with no bill for multiple treatments in-between I finally found out that my insurance was not covering the physical therapy. I tried speaking with the office manager but my calls were never returned and I was left alone to deal with my insurance. Also with making appointments I would see my doctor who would request to see me again in 2 weeks but... read more
