We have been living in this apartment for more than two years! I really like living here! Cozy and clean apartment! Office managers are sensitive to our questions, comments, always do everything to keep order!!!
I've lived here for three years and it's been my favorite department in Federal Way. The units are nice and relatively priced compared to the area. The area is quiet while still being close to the main areas of Federal Way. The front office is prompt at responding to any issues and the maintaince team is great. Shout out to Dilan on the maintaince team!

Dylan was professional from start to finish. He accessed the situation, he got the correct parts to complete the job of repairs for the refrigerator fan in minimal time. Thank you for your timely service kindness and, respect shown in my home.
It’s very quiet and comfortable here. I just had a ceiling fan replaced and the maintenance staff is friendly and professional. The management team is also great . There is a Xmas wrapping area in the community room
