Trying to get the phone answered is impossible even during an afternoon call . The voiceover needs to be changed as the reference to Covid 19 pandemic is outdated information
Waited 30 mins went in and she was really rude and then told us to go back in the waiting room and took another patient in and had a convo with her then let me back in after 30 mins terrible service
