I just went today and I had the worst dental experience ever! unprofessional and they don’t listen to the patient, I just needed something simple and the doctor was pushing me to do something different and I explained that I can not do it because it’s uncomfortable and they keep pushing! Horrible experience, arrived on time with two kids under two. Waited 30 minutes before asking how long the wait would be. Waiting room was empty. They said they would check and let me know; never told me anything. 45 minutes later I ask again, said they only had one working room. I did not feel like this place would provide adequate service, we left.
Went in and asked the dentist to pull the tooth. She wanted to do root canal, told her I had bad experience don’t wanna go through it again. She said no we will take care of you. Next day get the root canal and she couldn’t complete it and didn’t have all the equipment. She wanted ME to call another dentist and told me it was an emergency to get it fixed that day. I couldn’t stop crying I was so upset. Ended up telling her to pull the tooth. I don’t even want to go back for my checkup.
Place is nice everything is clean everybody was nice my daughter said she liked it there.. that’s big because dental offices can be scary!!! Thank you Westgreen Dental for taking care of my daughter!!
