Every single person I interacted with was nice and kind. The dentist was so nice and understanding!!! Thank you!!!
The regional manager Nancy was probably the best thing that came out of my experience. The front desk rep did not communicate the process as me being a new patient. She gave me a blank referral with no information on it. She was not informative or helpful. The dentist Dr.Pasha had horrible bedside manners. Because my husband and I didn’t agree with getting my nerve removed based on research and experiences from previous encounters we had question regarding her recommend treatment plan. My experience at Westgreen Dental was a very good one. As a new patient the front desk was very helpful in me filling out my paperwork and explained everything to me very well. The Dental tech was very pleasant and did her job well. She was very friendly and put me at ease. The dentist was great, she explained everything going on with my issues and was very pleasant. I do recommend this office if you're looking for a good, friendly experience.
