my appointment with WestGlen Eyecare was excellent....I had not been there in several years....the preliminary exams were explained well...Dr. Beatty explained the exam and my corrections I needed...Dr. Beatty also explained the exam of the photos of my eyes they use to exam for diseases and other differences. Picking my frames I liked was easy and they explained what insurance would or would not cover..excellent services...
I found the opticians better trained than most in adjusting frames; however, they sold me a pair of frames and lenses that did not meet my needs. The lenses are tinted, even though they were twice ordered without any tinting. I am unlikely to return for services.
The staff is very helpful and kind, very pleased with Dr. E and his exams. Also Their glasses are very affordable !! Thanks again for my new glasses

I haven't an eye exam in years and Dr. Beatty took the time to listen to my concerns and was very attentive. I am pregnant and she wants to see me back because apparently your vision changes when you're pregnant. I had never heard of this before....so cool to learn that! The optician explained my insurance benefits correctly and Stephanie helped me to get styled with the correct frame to fit my face.. Highly recommend!
For the record, I do not like doing a negative review. However, with eyeglasses being so expensive I feel obligated to share my experience with this office. Eye exams top notch. Getting glasses made there – BUYER BEWARE. It could save you some heartache, your annual insurance allotment, and cash to educate yourself before purchasing glasses from here.
