Our two dogs have been patients since Spring of 2018. Initially, we received good service. Then the hospital has grown bigger, and the last couple of years, it has been quite evident that we were just a number, not the personal care we had received prior. This June, our Great Dane tore his ACL. We were told that he required surgery, I asked for an estimate of this procedure.They told me it would take some time for them to get a total estimate, and they will get it to us asap.
