horrible place, I don't recommend it. I've been living here for three years because is near to my husband job , paying my rent on time, but they never fix my dishwasher or my stove they acting like nothing's wrong, I have an elderly neighbor who complains about everything. My two-year-old son plays, and the man doesn't want to hear any noise. I use an electric mixer and he complains. I drop something on the floor and he yells at me. Property management is very responsive and kind. It’s so nice coming home after work to well kept community. My experience has been great and I would definitely recommend!
I've lived here for just under a year and it's been great. Upon moving in the dishwasher was in awful shape - as soon as I contacted management about it they promptly replaced it with a new one. The other maintenance issues I've had have been responded to quickly and taken care of in a timely manner. Frank, the maintenance guy, is friendly, helpful and responsive. I've lived in this community for years, and I love it here. Very family friendly, has a great pool, decently priced too!
Management & maintenance are great, and neighbors are friendly. The apartments are maintained well - it definitely feels like home!
