I truly enjoyed my time living here, so much that I would reconsider going back in a heartbeat. This community has everything you need! My kids and I sure do miss the pool days, quick access to get snack from the gas station, and being able to join a friendly safe neighborhood every year for Halloween. The property manager was very responsive and helpful anytime we needed something or had any questions 🩷 Highly recommend leasing here! Comstock park is such a cute little outskirt place from the city and I really do miss it.
I found an apartment listing on apartments.com on Saturday 6/18/26. I made a request for more information and received a call within an hour of placing the request. I let it go to voicemail as I was in a crowded and noisy coffee shop. The listing clearly states in multiple places that a 1-bedroom apartment is $750-$800 base rent. horrible place, I don't recommend it. I've been living here for three years because is near to my husband job , paying my rent on time, but they never fix my dishwasher or my stove they acting like nothing's wrong, I have an elderly neighbor who complains about everything. My two-year-old son plays, and the man doesn't want to hear any noise. I use an electric mixer and he complains. I drop something on the floor and he yells at me. Property management is very responsive and kind. It’s so nice coming home after work to well kept community. My experience has been great and I would definitely recommend!
I've lived here for just under a year and it's been great. Upon moving in the dishwasher was in awful shape - as soon as I contacted management about it they promptly replaced it with a new one. The other maintenance issues I've had have been responded to quickly and taken care of in a timely manner. Frank, the maintenance guy, is friendly, helpful and responsive.
