I came to Westgate to get an axle replaced on my trailer that was wearing out tires in one week. I told them to replace the axle that had belt showing on the tire. I dropped off the trailer and when I went to pick it up, they replaced the wrong axle and replaced the tire that was worn out with my spare. The one I needed replaced was still under the trailer. I asked them to swap out the axle with the other one and they said that they wouldn't unless I paid them again to replace it. I do not recommend this business. They will ... read more
Great staff and help. I’d prefer this Company to anyone looking for affordable trailers of all sorts and sizes if you are looking for a flat bed to put on your pick up and any accessories or work for your trailer oh and did I mention the staff was GREAT!!!
Purchased a trailer. I was in and out in under an hour. The setup the height of the receiver and gave me a free hitch ball. I would come back to them for my next trailer.
They replaced axles on a carnival ride trailer for me. The job took longer than quoted. Ultimately the job was completed in the best way they could. My only real complaint is the lack of communication from a 3-6 week quote being turned into 8 weeks. The job was not typical and if they would have communicated it's complexity to me as they went instead of always pushing the due date back a couple days with no explanation, I would have been a lot happier.
Good overall experience. Highly recommend.
