Went in looking for two types of trailers and the 1st one I looked at met all my criteria of one I needed. Took a short time to do the paperwork and I was headed home with my new trailer! Thanks for the help and service!! Will check another time for the other style I still need, I could one pull one home at a time!
I have a good relationship with the Springfield store and Alan the manager. If don't get to pull anymore trailers I will go elsewhere. The rating I give is for Springfield store and Alan only.
The people here are what makes the difference! They have a full line of parts too but having knowledgeable people that enjoy their jobs is what makes it a place worth stopping at!
Made my second trailer purchase last weekend, they make the process super easy. Their shop is professional and well-equipped. These fellas really understand trailers. Tyler was a great rep and took care of us.
Exceptional service! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. These people actually do go the extra mile!
