Ordered a C5 truck bed in January and worked to get is scheduled around the middle of March. The day before leaving to get it installed, I received a call from the salesman here that they ordered the bed too late and I'd have to leave my truck for a week if I wanted it done (I was coming from out of state to visit family). I was treated to exceptional service at Westgate yesterday 6/13/26. I had bought a used trailer from them and after purchasing and getting hooked on ready to leave, we discovered an issue and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This is small business excellent customer service at its best and it was after they closed too. They could've just said you bought it, its sold as is, but they didn't, they made it right for me. Thanks so much, much appreciated! Go see these guys for your trailer needs.

So I purchased two brand new axles from them and paid approximately $4000 in parts and labor approximately five months ago, I had them installed them. When they went to install them, I guess they didn’t tighten down the nuts on the bolts or back them. The shackles came loose and I about lost axle on the highway when I came back to have them reprimand the problem that they caused instead of apologizing and fixing it they tried blaming it on me. Had a storm roll in and needed a trailer to clear up shop space ASAP. Shot Alan a couple messages on Sunday he replied on his day off with his current inventory and had me in a trailer the following morning. Can’t thank them enough for helping keep my operation running and great CS.
