I love my community. The townhomes are spacious. The lawns are sprawling. There is greenery all over the community. It's a great place to live and raise kids. 7/2025: Still a great place

Rents are over priced, low upkept townhomes. High % of owners have moved out and they've let their units on rent, They do not pay attention or resolve tenant's requests regarding items that a usual apartment community office would do. If the rented unit has carpet be glad if owner has cleaned them for you prior to shifting in. High utility bills (heat, cold) because of door-window gaps leaks as units are old, squeaky sound during floor walks, one internet provider "Optimum" and its service is not that great.
