Rents are over priced, low upkept townhomes. High % of owners have moved out and they've let their units on rent, They do not pay attention or resolve tenant's requests regarding items that a usual apartment community office would do. If the rented unit has carpet be glad if owner has cleaned them for you prior to shifting in. High utility bills (heat, cold) because of door-window gaps leaks as units are old, squeaky sound during floor walks, one internet provider "Optimum" and its service is not that great. Great community with beautiful upkeep of the property by the management. Very clean and well maintained as well. People are extremely friendly and welcoming as well. The swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts add further to the thrill of belonging to this neighborhood.
