I've had nothing but problems they will take my money but won't let me into my storage because of the primary taking my name off contract, I've paid twice e for rental but still not allowed to see if my stuff is still in unit, u can take my money but won't let me see if primary took all my stuff, that is so wrong. If I ever get my stuff u would b the last person I rent from and ur staff is so rude
Been with Westgate close to 15yrs. Good price for the storage I have. Only problem I have is that when it's windy all the dust will get inside & in time it's full of dirt at the front of the storage on the inside and real dusty all the way to the back. Can't complain to much like I said, great price for the one I got.
Greta place, very comfortable and I feel like My belongings are secure here.
