very disgusted with the way management has treated us, Especially since I have been doing business with them since 2017. First issue was my car being towed with out calling me and inquiring about it like they always would if anything seemed not right in regards to my unit. I never got a call asking why it was there or that I needed to move it.In fact there were no signs anywhere stating it could not be there. I've had nothing but problems they will take my money but won't let me into my storage because of the primary taking my name off contract, I've paid twice e for rental but still not allowed to see if my stuff is still in unit, u can take my money but won't let me see if primary took all my stuff, that is so wrong. If I ever get my stuff u would b the last person I rent from and ur staff is so rude
Been with Westgate close to 15yrs. Good price for the storage I have. Only problem I have is that when it's windy all the dust will get inside & in time it's full of dirt at the front of the storage on the inside and real dusty all the way to the back. Can't complain to much like I said, great price for the one I got.
