Maintenance is great, management is trash. Kiss your security deposit goodbye NO matter what. They are slumlord garbage. Charged us for absolutely everything after 4 years. We literally bought new blinds, patched nail holes and touched up paint. Charged us for all new everything. Especially cleaning fees for things that were absolutely scrubbed clean. These people are trash.
