Zero stars: Westgate has one very kind man there, the Owner Tom Simon. He communicates well, but hires and works with this mess: Sadly, there is also the President of the Board, Todd Thompson and The Manager of our property, La Buena Vida Condos, Taos, NM, Michael Phillips; both are bullies, discriminating against disability, unkind, antagonistic and their behavior is disgusting, lacking any care, concern or honoring of tenants. Westgate Properties are my property managers at Pueblo Del Rosario. If someone would drive by and look at the wood frames on the windows they would see how they have been ignored for years. The carports are in really bad shape also. The pavement is in desperate need of help. Many many residents have requested for the property manager from Westgate and the Board to address these situations but they have ignored them constantly and made promised to get back to us.
