This 2nights/3days at Westgate Painted Mountain Golf Resort were disappointed for two reasons. 1. Misleading check-in policy. The hotel policy clearly states at 4 pm check-in time, but our room was not ready until 12minutes before 7 pm. At the front desk, staff explained that 4pm only means the front desk opens to begin the check-in process, and guests must wait to be called when the room is actually ready. Great location. Many fun activities. Nice pool.
I almost don’t want to leave a review because I don’t want the secret to get out! We come here every year, and every year seems better than the year before. That is saying a lot because this place has been perfection for us since year 1. From the staff, to the grounds, to the rooms, we are never disappointed!
