this place is a joke. nobody seems to know what’s going on. the rooms are dirty and gross. i was sent for an MRI at a different location. It was inside a High School, that’s not the worse part it was in a a back room inside the boys locker room. I thought i was being punked that is the most ghetto thing ever. I want to know who approved something like this to happen and how is it even safe for student also. I didn’t stay I ran out as fast as I could.
The staff there are professional and helpful. The check-in process is very smooth. The waiting area is comfy and spacious. Met with both Dr. Mark and Alaa, they were both very caring and helped with my symptoms and explained what was needed to be done.
I had requested a female specialist due to my religion and I got the opposite. Then waiting an hour and a half to be called on, (male)Dr I received was flirting and getting too close, felt very uncomfortable. Smells like feet in the office. It looks like it used to be a funeral parlor. Felt like i was in an episode of Ramsey nightmares
Doctor Doug and doctor cavalenes are great doctors 👍.
