Podría decir que es de las mejores estadías que e tenido en NY, el servicio buenísimo y las amenidades todas muy limpias. José el doorman fue super atento y muy amable conmigo y mi amiga. Lawrence también super amable, nos ayudó muchísimo con nuestras maletas y tampoco podríamos dejar fuera a José, el guardia de seguridad. Nos cuidó mucho y siempre pendiente a que estuvieras contentas con el servicio. Lo recomendaría una y otra vez.

Loved staying there in March. Rooms and amenities were clean and lovely. But what I appreciated the most was the exceptionally warm and welcoming staff. Receptionists, doormen, housekeeping, concierge... Not matter who and what you asked for, every member of the team was helpful and looking for a solution. As a solo traveller this made me feel very safe during the entire stay. Thank you so much. Really looking forward to the next time.
