As returning customers, we were extremely disappointed with how Westgate handled our reservation when our dog was in critical condition and we needed to change our travel plans. When we called, customer service told us we could transfer our reservation to another date for no cost. We provided new dates, but they only informed us that the new reservation was nonrefundable after they had already locked it in. Absolutely Disappointing! Nothing Luxurious About This Hotel! I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but what I experienced at Westgate was simply unbelievable! The worst part was a serious violation of my privacy and personal safety. Somehow, the hotel assigned the exact same room to me and another couple! While I was getting undressed to take a shower, a complete stranger suddenly opened my door and walked straight into my room! Of course, the man was not to blame.
