I bought a jetta from this dealership. While they were friendly enough, within 100 miles the car engine light turned on. The heat wasn't working and the thermostat was broken. I gave them the car and they returned it without even checking if the heat worked. Within 3 days the car engine light turned on again. They took it for 10 days and no one checked if the heat worked, which it did not. There is no lemon law for NC and now I'm stuck with this broken car.
