Always overbooked, very slow services, not enough receptionists so they are mostly unreachable even when you need to reach out, services on the weekend is horrible. The Receptionists will lie and tell you that you are 5 late so you are behind by 3-4 people . It’s a bloody joke because in reality the doctors are always behind. It’s very difficult to wait over a hour with young kids so I don’t like to bring my kids here. Cheap management.
I had an appointment at 7.30pm at Westgate Medical Centre with Dr Ata Eqbal, I arrived on time and waited for more than 1hr and 15min and then left the message at receiption that I have to leave due to some personal work and requested reception to inform Dr to ring me at my mobile. however I was never called by Doctor Ata. This is completely unacceptable. wish I could give 0 starts to this practise...
Wow. 100aud bill for walk-in paediatric patient. Highway robbery. i guess the google reviews of 1.7/5 stars came up to be true
They are worst, can’t book an appointment. They just pick up the call and hung up. No matter the review is bad with the least I have seen. How should I get an appointment if I am new customer???
