I got to give a shout out to security officer Frank DeLuca! During my visit to the Westgate, I saw Mr. DeLuca and asked him for some info on the casino. Not only did he answer my questions, he walked me to where I needed to go. While on our walk, he shared some fascinating information about the Westgate hotel and casino. He has an interesting personal history tied to the hotel and was very knowledgeable. It’s the personal touch that often makes a customer’s experience worth while, thanks Mr. DeLuca!
