Staff here are great . Alvroy and Manuel were awesome. In just a short shuttle ride their winning personalities made all the difference. Housekeeping prompt in bringing us anything we needed. Resort is ideally located to Universal and they have a lot here for kids.
Really like the rooms and location. Andy from Bell Staff was great and very helpful!
Nice clean room with good space. Customer service was also good with text message assistance whenever something is needed. The only complaint I have is that the waterpark onsite is not included with the hotel stay, they should really make that more obvious prior to booking the rooms.
