Brian was extremely helpful! He is definitely a HUGE asset to the team.
Our stay was extremely disappointing. Walking into the room it hadn’t a bad mildew odor . When we pulled out the couch bed, we found someone else’s socks and crumbs still on it, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. I also woke up with severe allergy symptoms, so bad my face swell up and requested that the air filter be checked. Had lunch at Draft’s sports bar and restaurant and sat at the bar. I ordered the lettuce Thai tacos which were phenomenal and washed it down with a cold draft beer. I was taken care of by the bartender Denise who was super friendly and wonderful to talk to. Great experience!
