Bad work environment, unsafe space for infants and children. Not clean, not following state laws and severely understaffed. If you want your kid to always be sick this is the place.

The Westgate KinderCare center is great. Both of our kids (2 & 4) enjoy the teachers, activities, and programming. There were some staffing and leadership changes in the first 3-4 months we were there, however, we really appreciate the leadership the new Director, Jessica, has provided over the last few months. The center has come a long way under her management, and we are very happy with it. She is very friendly, the kids love her and the other staff, and we would definitely recommend Westgate to others.

Rude customer service. When I called they stated there was no availability for “a month or whatever”. This place is closing their doors to small children for no reason. Stay very far away.

Place is the biggest joke ever. Very weird half empty facility with weird teachers that half the time don’t greet or acknowledge you. I had my daughter enrolled under the Universal PreK program and was not explained to once how it works, and they were trying to over change me an extra $1000 what the schooling program was already covering. Teachers are inexperienced, yell at children and the do not follow basic health when it comes to children washing hands before meals etc. Toys do not get cleaned and they have no services for children with special needs or challenging behaviors
