Poor maintenance for a 170k Kia sorento manual transmission, the engine work with difficulty they call it good,payed 130$ for nothing, Kia mechanic can't do nothing more than multipoint inspection. I couldn't even get a verbal explanation about my vehicle.
Chris, Jennifer and Kevin are by far the most professional individuals I have ever dealt with in purchasing a new vehicle. We were extremely pleased with the entire process. We were never pressured nor did anyone try to sway us from our choice of vehicle. I will be a customer for life and highly recommend to everyone if you are looking to purchase a vehicle, go to Westgate Kia in Wake Forest!
Run from this dealer as fast as you can. They pitch free oil changes for life but what they dishonestly don't tell you during the sales cycle is that you have do do all scheduled maintenance through them. They also force you to go on the schedule for extreme conditions which doubles the maintenance cycle. They do have a form that explains about the scheduled maintenance but it's buried in the pile of papers you need to sign at purchase closing and they go past it very quickly. Totally unethical and dishonest.
I was asked to turn in my lease early because they needed used inventory. I was also told by the gentleman on the phone, ****************, that I would not need to pay the last 2 payments on my current lease. So I traded in the 2015 Soul for a 2018 Soul and still was expected to pay the last 2 payments. It seems everyone forgot what they said, My advice to anyone who does business with this dealership is to get EVERYTHING in writing. Otherwise you will be making payments on 2 leases. And you don't even have one of them.
