I’m gonna giving 1 star at this place, I went to my husband because in the pass, we took a jeep wrangler 2026 around 3 weeks ago, my husband loves the new car so we decided to get other car, we are talking about car financing, and the man told to the other guy “you see? For that reason you need to have people can talk in Spanish” he was laughing, and then he said was a joke. I think that type of comment isn’t appropriate, and he sounds a little be racism
I do not recommend this dealership. The salespeople who assisted me were very serious and professional, but the Finance Manager was extremely rude. When it came time to finalize the deal trading in a vehicle to purchase a new one he became annoyed because he dislikes it when a customer is knowledgeable about finance; he does not appreciate having mathematical calculations debated during negotiations. Great Customer Service From Mr Farooq, did a great job assisting us.
Just avoid this place and thank me later. Bad service, no one will take a phone call, untrustworthy service experiences. I would never buy or service my Jeep here again. Always going through “management changes….”
Terrible customer service and communication. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for months about my warranty cancellation. It’s been since NOVEMBER. Absolutely ridiculous, would not recommend buying from this place at all.
