Terrible dealership. Don’t waste your time. I went to look at ordering a Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve 4xe with night vision and HUD. Manager tried to tell me that Grand Cherokee 4xe models do not come with a charger from the factory. Lol. Also tried to tell me Jeep PHEVs can only charge on level 1 chargers. I recently had a fantastic experience at Westgate Jeep, and I can't recommend their service department enough! Was having trouble finding paperwork while their system was down then with friendly and helpful staff like Ryan, I was able to get in and out in no time.
Ken and Gevin were both super helpful, a very pleasant experience, the financing was quick and easy, and my wife loves her new car. Very much recommended.
Great dealership, customer service and car buying experience. From the moment we arrived our salesman Angel began working with us ensuring our questions were answered and that we were never left waiting. While we already knew which vehicle we were interested in buying, there was a large selection from new to used models to choose from. Our salesman Angel, his manager and our finance manager were all great to work with. If you’re in the market for a Jeep, I would recommend checking out Westgate!
