I have completely lost trust in Westgate Honda's service department. I was charged a diagnostic fee and given an expensive quote for parts and labour, yet it became clear that no one actually looked at my vehicle. After experiencing doubts, I sought a second opinion from another auto shop. They easily discovered that Westgate Honda had completely misdiagnosed the issue.
