Horrible service - coming from someone who has been a customer for over 10 years and given them 5 stars in the past. Worst used car manager in Canada. They are crooks and will try to undervalue your trade. They did a trade appraisal and offered me $8000 for a 2020 Civic with 30000km, I sold that car same day to another dealer for $18600.
5 star service provided from Kevin in the parts department at Westgate Honda. I called in asking about a part and wanted to confirm its position for installation (caliper slide pins). Not only did he help me with my query, but he also took the time to confer with a service tech to provide me with more Indepth information. Well done and keep up the excellent work!
