Ordered a new vehicle June 22 2026. Have it in writing it would be dtopped in 2 weeks. A factory diversion they said. Here we are Aug 22 2026 and no vehicle. Will not return my calls. Everyone is with a customer (not sure why they have no vehicle on lot to sell) they have my deposit and I have no vehicle. Zero respect from the dealetship and not even common courtesy to return my calls.
Bought a wonderful car off Omar at Honda ! He was very welcoming and easy going ! My experience with Omar was best I've had so far in purchasing a vehicle ! Very Knowledgeable young man !
When this vehicle arrived at Westgate I went and saw it after hours that night. Then I followed up on Saturday the next day and went when the dealership was open. I was told the car had been sitting for days and it could not be started or test driven until the mechanics have drained and refilled the fluids.
