My wife and I moved to Old Town from Massachusetts last summer. We bought a raw piece of land and searched the whole area for the right home. Purchased a mobile home in January put 30,000 down. Home was delivered in March and it’s now August and I have made 4 mortgage payments and still can’t live in my home. Worst place ever. Jim the sales person kept making excuses and very rude. Even made comments that he was high and has a medical marijuana card on several Occasions and this is completely unprofessional. Matt the sales manager really won’t help with anything. Please don’t buy from these people.

I don't often give such a high mark. In this case I am because my experience with Matt VanEtten couldn't have been any better. Of course, there were many issue that needed addressing and many miscommunications that needed rectification. Matt came through for me every time making me feel that I was a valued customer and that making me happy was his number one priority. I purchased my mobile home in 2014 it was very easy and very fast,the staff are very professional.Any time I have had a problem they have fixed it..I am very satisfied👍
My brother is purchasing a home and has been getting the run around, 6 weeks later. How can a company do this to people! Believe me, I am going to post on every website I can, on how horrible this company is!
Matt is amazing! He did not give use the run around because we are young! Explained everything to us and made everything very clear to understand! Outstanding service!
I ordered a home in October, and was told it would be 6 weeks. 4 weeks after placing the order I agreed to take a home that was not what I wanted in an effort to get settled faster. now 6 weeks after that agreement, I still have no home. The only time I see progress is after I call. Ten weeks after placing the order I am still unsettled and have heard every excuse there is.
