I have been living in the Westgate Arms Apartments in Salem, NH since 2012. This is a very quiet and clean place. Maintenance staff and office staff are very nice and professional. Angie Marte the office manager is amazing, professional, and cordial. Whenever there is a problem either inside the appointment or tenants that are disturbing others she addresses the problem immediately. One time, I couldn’t find parking space at night. Making this review from my tour, not a tenant. Not a great tour... I was left with questions still unanswered. The online listing had incorrect information listed which to me seemed like it was intentional. No amenities were shown (Pool, laundry, entertainment area). I Think it was very outdated for what the asked price was. Also, the guide informed me a price ($1800) and then at the end of the tour, she added a +$90, thinking i wouldn't notice. Lot of red flags.

Excellent place to live. It has a convenient location close to highways, shops and restaurants. It is a place where you can live in harmony. The administrative staff are very professional and responsible. It is a place where you can live peacefully and where the administration cares about its tenants.
