I had a very disappointing experience living at Westgate Apartments. After moving out, I paid the remaining balance, but they still sent my account to collections. I reached out to have the issue resolved, but they refused to withdraw the collection despite proof of payment. Their behavior during the move-out process was unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Be cautious—they may try to charge you even after you’ve fulfilled all your obligations.
I highly recommend Victoria as your leasing agent. She is very professional and welcoming . She assisted me with all my questions and made entire leasing process seamless . Choose westgate apartment as your future home ! Appreciate her help ! Thank you!
I have been here for already 9 months already and hadn’t had any issues. Every time I call to the office for any questions or help with something they always help with professionalism. Especially Victoria she has helped from the start till now ! I recommend her for anything you need !

I lived in this apartment before purchasing my first home, and my experience was very positive. The community felt safe, and the management provided excellent service throughout my stay. I especially want to recognize Bindu Ranabhat, the leasing agent, for her outstanding professionalism. She was always polite, respectful, and attentive.
