RecommendedLive without hassles, quiet and comfortable.
Clean, cheap, very affordable. Close to campus, every store is in walking distance. Dianne keeps this place clean and in tip top shape and it’s the best and largest place you will find for the price. I don’t plan on moving for many years and I’m not even a student. There are former students still here after 8 years. That’s should say something. 10 out of 10 for this place!
Westgate is clean with friendly management. They have one of the lowest semesterly rent rates in the area, and the location is far enough away from campus to feel like you re on your own. It s also a quiet area with lots of trees. Only downsides are no air-conditioning and they are unfurnished. (During move-in/move-out weekends, you have a very good chance of finding free furniture, however.) Overall it s a very nice place.
It was an excellent experience.Building is very clean and conveniently located to the University. Management and maintenance are very responsive.It is a very good place and I recommend it.
The apartment complex is clean and well-kept. If there is a problem it is hit or miss. Sometimes they come the next day... and other times you have to call a couple of times over weeks to get it done. Also, the time I got locked out, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. They do keep the driveway regularly plowed in the winters. The grounds look nice. Fair on price of rent and the best deal with pets in Erie. Yeah there are party, college kids, but in the past year that I have lived here, I have only heard two parties... read more
