I stayed here for over 2 years. Only ever had the A/C go out on me, but it was resolved within a few hours, and the maintenance man brought over a window a/c unit to hold me over until it was fixed. Water, sewage, and trash was included with my rent. I paid electric. The only thing I disliked was having to get quarters and leave my apartment to do my laundry next to the leasing office. Very nice people not a soulless corporation
Very cheap, landlord are friendly. Very spacious little apartments. Glad I found them during my year in NM.
