Not recommended. Lived here for 2 and half years. Rude staff, poor tenant service, unorganized electronic service, and unreasonable higher price for every renewing contract. The new manager is a good guy and professional though; the previous one was really advantageous.
The neighborhood is excellent and old town remains amazing. My apartment was definitely not move in ready. A bashed in bathroom door and non functioning microwave. Additionally nails were sticking out from the carpet at the bedroom and the floor has gashes and chucks missing. There's paint marks on the floor everywhere. Otherwise it's ok I suppose. Not worth the $2K. The pool and clubhouse area are amazing and the roof deck is top notch!
I think west gate has gone downhill ! My daughter lived there for 5 years. It's now a pile of dogs barking day and night . Pool is full none stop of rude people. Kids , dogs everywhere . 3 years ago it wasn't like this. Rent is very very high price ! Can rent a house for same price. Dogs have taken this place over .
The apartments are modern, clean and efficient. The landscaping is wonderful lots of fountains and water areas. Beautiful pool,weight room and clubhouse. The staff is extraordinary! The leasing agents take care of everything quickly and are friendly and make certain you have what you need in your apartment. The maintenance people, landscaping staff as well as the cleaning people are polite and keep our place in great shape. My dog is treated liked royalty and so am I
